Master Baron Zug De'Kiernan was born on September 14th 595ER in the County of Midland in the Duchy of Therendry. Born of the parents of Glorax(Half Ogre) he matured physically quite quickly. At the age of 4 he entered the town of Blade and began traveling with a band of gypsies. Sir Gilliard De'Amentre, Knight of Norland County began to train him to be an efficient guardian for the Lady Mayor of Blade Tynsil Treehawke. When his training was complete Zug was taken in as a Warden to the Lady Mayor and assisted her son Valoric Treehawk with his Sheriff duties about the town of Blade. Late in the winter months of the year 599 terrible news came through the lands that His Grace Duke Jordan Chamberlain had been assassinated and that his son Roland was the suspect and that there would be civil war brought forth through Therendry. The winter months were calm until Midlands Count, Vladamir Antok Te'Ten was assassinated as beginning the civil war as Roland Chamberlain took possession of the ducal seat of Therendry. Valoric Treehawk was raised to the position of knight of Midland by a Knights council that had been formed by the Lords of Midland County. Upon his ascension Sir Treehawk took Zug De'Kiernan as his sheriff in order to maintain law in this time. Over the next year many battles were fought through the town of Blade and the surrounding environs leading to its demise. Sir Treehawk and Zug being the last to leave Blade as it fell became increasingly ill with a disease effecting elves and a select few of other races that had been plaguing the lands and were forced to pull back. As the only cure for the disease cured those of elf kind Zug reluctantly was race changed into an Elf. In late spring after traveling to many lands with his family, Zug returned to Therendry where he was reunited with Sir Treehawk and taken on as his Squire and Warlord of the noble House Therenstar. The civil war ended after the capture of Roland Chamberlain and Countess Jasmine Lavonde of Richland. After the war ended Zug was raise to the position of Lord of Springshire by the now Baron Valoric Treehawk of Havencrest. Lord De'Kiernan held this position for a little more then one years time, at which point Baron Treehawk was raised as the new Count of Stormcross(formerly Midland). Rewarding his longtime vassal and friend, Count Stormcross raised Lord De'Kiernan to the position of Baron of Havencrest where he still resides today conducting his duties and protecting the prospering lands in Therendry.
